We stand behind the quality of KDPForge. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • This is your first refund request for KDPForge

Subscription-Specific Policies

Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund available within 30 days of your first payment only.

Yearly Subscriptions: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are provided.

Lifetime Subscriptions: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are provided.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at refunds@kdpforge.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
  3. We will process your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Requests made after 30 days of purchase
  • Renewal charges (you must cancel before renewal)
  • Accounts that violated our Terms of Service
  • Second or subsequent refund requests
  • Chargebacks (please contact us first)

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  • Cancel through your Stripe account
  • Or contact support at support@kdpforge.com

Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
