We stand behind the quality of KDPForge and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

All transactions and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record, who handles all payments and returns on our behalf.

Refund Policy and Eligibility

To receive a refund, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of the purchase date. This refund policy applies to all subscription tiers (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime).

Upon the processing of your refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to the KDPForge generators and services will cease immediately.

Additionally, for consumers residing in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the transaction, which we fully honor through Paddle.

How to Request a Refund

Since all purchases are processed by Paddle, refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle using one of the following methods:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email.
  • Visit paddle.net and select "Request a refund".

Processing Time

Once your refund request is submitted, Paddle typically processes refunds within 14 days to your original payment method. The exact time it takes to see the credit in your account depends on your financial institution.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Use the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email
  • Visit paddle.net to manage your subscription
  • Or contact us at support@kdpforge.com for assistance

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling before your renewal date will prevent future charges.
