1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KDPForge ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KDPForge provides AI-powered puzzle generation tools for creating puzzle books for Amazon KDP and other publishing platforms. Our Service includes:

  • Access to 410 puzzle generators
  • PDF export functionality
  • Commercial use license for generated content
  • Cloud storage for your projects

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Commercial License

Your subscription includes a commercial license that grants you the right to:

  • Use generated puzzles in books you publish and sell
  • Publish unlimited puzzle books using our generators
  • Sell your puzzle books on any platform (KDP, IngramSpark, etc.)
  • Keep 100% of your royalties

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute our puzzle generators
  • Share your account with others
  • Claim ownership of the generation software

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each year
  • Lifetime subscriptions are one-time purchases with no renewal

Billing & Merchant of Record:

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
  • You will be charged at the start of each billing period
  • Subscription price changes will be notified in advance and processed in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable consumer protection laws

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly via the link in your email receipt, through paddle.net, or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the transaction in accordance with Paddle's terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service fraudulently
  • Share account credentials
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as templates

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KDPForge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to puzzle books you create using our Service. We claim no ownership over your published works.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the Service
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific uptime percentages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

KDPForge shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors in generated content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KDPForge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
